We love sharing this home. These few agreements keep it a good place for everyone, neighbours included.

- No petsNot even for a short while.
- No smoking indoorsAllowed on the terraces, with an ashtray.
- Quiet after 22:00Sound carries far from the terraces. Please mind the neighbours.
- Maximum 4 guests, 6 with the suiteNo parties or events.
- Sort your rubbishThe bins are in the street. Glass, plastic and paper separately.
- The suite stays closedUnless you’ve booked it.
- Report any damageThings can break. Just let us know.
